When you submit an assessment request, Ace Cyber Defense may collect information such as your name, email address, company, phone number, requested service, and the description you provide.
How we use information
Information is used to evaluate requests, communicate with prospective clients, establish scope and authorization, administer engagements, and improve service delivery.
Do not submit secrets
Do not submit passwords, private keys, API secrets, authentication tokens, or other sensitive credentials through the public assessment request form.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely immune from compromise.
Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for business, security, contractual, and legal purposes.

Privacy inquiries may be submitted through our public assessment/contact workflow until a dedicated business email address is published.
